**Tiffany has had the privilege of mentoring children of all ages over the years. She received a certification in Early Childhood Education in 2005. She currently holds aBachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and working hard to obtain her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, as she works fulltime as a Management Program Analyst/Contracting Officer's Representative Level III. She currently resides in Southern Maryland with her husband and their three beautiful and amazing children. Tiffany believes that if a child is provided with the accurateinstruments, atmosphere and provision they can reach their fullest potential, ultimately fulfilling their true purposein life.
**Tania is married with five children between the ages of four and fourteen. She currently resides in Southern Maryland. Tania enjoys laughing with family and friends, having get togethers, eating delicious food, and advocating for natural hair, skin, and health. She is currently a full time care taker of her husband, children, two Nigerian Dwarf goats, and their Labrador Retriever. Tania has had the opportunity to work with children since graduating high school. She's worked with children from ages 2-18 as a teacher. “Throughout her adult life she's had an attachment to helping the youth overcome different hardships. Her goal for helping others is to be an example of perseverance and determination. She believes a person's circumstances do not define them, but rather provides an opportunity for you to grow.
**Th-Juan is a native Washingtonian who has been married for fifteen years. She is not a stranger of overcoming unpleasant situations that may occur in life. Th-Juan earned in BA in psychology and a MS in Human Services. She is currently working on her doctorate degree in Pastoral Community Counseling. Th-Juan loves spending time with family and is passionate about seeing people overcome major challenges in their life. Th-Juan began working with teenage girls in 2005 and is currently one of the teachers for youth church at Shalom Ministries Christian Center.
**Briana is a lover of Christ and His people, and all things sparkly. She is an activist who advocates on behalf of homeless youth locally and globally. With multiple years of government experience under her belt, impacting and advocating for the youth of this generation is her hearts greatest joy. Briana is committed to embracing positive youth development and truly believes in the strength and ability of young people. She is the owner and founder of The Pour House, LLC an organization and blog dedicated to prompting, provoking, and propelling those encountered to live a life poured out. She prides herself on being a light, and a catalyst for change.
