Individual Sessions

Service Description

Individual services are offered to young ladies 12 - 22 years old. • Weekly one-on-one sessions with a highly trained mentor. • An individualized plan based on individual needs, interests, personality, and history. • Assistance and leadership in times of crisis. • Completed documentation can be used as legal documentation summarizing the mentee's activities, progress, accomplishments, and crisis. • Act as a liaison between youths' school, social services, police department, parents, doctors, and employer (where applicable). • Development of social skills through coaching and modeling positive behavior. • Assistance in creating a plan of action for life goals. • Behavioral management plan. • Guidance with completion of goals. • Guidance and assistance with social skills and emotional and personal skills. • Guidance with maintaining acceptable grades and employment. • Collaboration with other sources for success. • Leadership support with the completion of goals
